The study aimed to identify the degree of Palestinian teacher participation in educational decision-making in schools in the Gaza governorates. The study tool was a questionnaire applied to a sample of secondary school teachers in the Gaza governorates, numbering (250) male and female teachers. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study reached results. The most important of them is that the degree of teacher participation in educational decision-making was moderate, with a relative weight of (53.79%). The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members due to the variables of the study (gender, academic qualification, years of service). The study recommendations: The importance of involving teachers in making decisions related to administrative tasks, especially financial matters, school planning and organization, building the school plan, implementing and evaluating its various aspects. The study also recommended strengthening positive attitudes among school principals towards teachers’ participation in decision-making, training principals before and during service on making skills. Decision-making and teamwork skills, motivating teachers to participate, and adopting the degree of participation in decision-making as one of the criteria for evaluating the principal and the teacher alike.
