Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of skill competencies associated with inclusion among teachers of inclusion classes in the governorates of Gaza. The study sample consisted of (30) teachers of inclusion classes in (4) government schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education in Khan Yunis. The parameters were divided equally into an experimental group and a control group; To achieve the objectives of the study، a questionnaire was built for the skill competencies of the teachers of the integration classes، and the validity and reliability of the study tools were verified، and the study reached the following results: Among the teachers of the integration classes in favor of the dimensional application، there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two dimensional and follow-up measurements in favor of the follow-up measurement on the skills competencies associated with the integration among the teachers of the integration classes، the study recommended: Develop programs to train teachers on competencies such as mastering the use of technology Support، appropriate teaching methods for inclusive classes، increasing opportunities for continuing professional training for teachers in inclusive classes، while measuring the impact of training on children in the classroom
