Challenges facing the educational leadership of Islamic school principals for sustainability and creativity from their point of view.

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the challenges facing educational leadership in promoting creativity and sustainability in Islamic schools from the point of view of the school's principals and teachers, The study population consisted of principals and teachers of Islamic schools in Palestine. A random sample of (111) principals and teachers was chosen, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the tool consisted of a questionnaire distributed on 5 axes, And there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between the challenges facing educational leadership in promoting creativity and sustainability of Islamic schools due to the variables of educational qualification, years of experience, specialization and job position, and that there are differences.
