الملخص

ملخص الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة التحديات التي تواجه القيادة التربوية في تعزيز الإبداع والاستدامة في المدارس الشرعية من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري ومعلمي المدارس الشرعية في فلسطين، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت (111) مديراً ومعلماً، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة موزعة على (5) محاور، وأظهرت النتائج أن عدم وجود تحديات تواجه القيادة التربوية لمديري المدارس الشرعية من أجل الاستدامة والإبداع من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين، حيث جاءت المتوسطات الحسابية بين منخفضة ومنخفضة جدا، وتبين أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) بين التحديات التي تواجه القيادة التربوية في تعزيز الإبداع والاستدامة للمدارس الشرعية من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والتخصص، والمركز الوظيفي، وتبين وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير جهة الإشراف على المدرسة لصالح المدارس الخاصة.
