Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the relation between the degrees of high school principals' practice towards the transactional leadership's dimensions in relation to teachers' organizational identification. This study adopted the descriptive analytical approach whereas study specimen reached (312) secondary teachers in South Gaza Governorates from all sexes. They represented (18.8%) of the study society where they were selected randomly in which the questionnaire was as a tool for collecting data. The study showed that the degree of assessing the study specimen reached (72.22%) high degree concerning high school principals' practice towards the transactional leadership's in Gaza Governorates. In addition, showed that the degree of assessing the study specimen reached (85.60%) very high degree concerning Secondary teachers' practice towards Organizational Identification in Gaza Governorates. It was found a statistically positive correlation between the specimen's assessment towards the high school principals' practice towards the Transactional Leadership's In Gaza Governorates as a whole and the level of teachers' organizational identification for each teacher ; whereas There is statistically negative correlation of high school principals' Practice in Gaza Governorates concerning passive management by exception and the head teachers' organizational identification's levels of assessment of all their teachers .
