The Interplay of Creative Thinking and Innovation Skills in University Teaching Practices: A Case Study of Faculty Members at the Faculty of Arts, Palestine Technical University Khadoori

This study aimed to investigate the extent to which faculty members at Palestine Technical University possess creative thinking skills (fluency, flexibility, and originality) and to explore whether there are differences in the degree of possession of these skills based on the variable of years of experience. The descriptive-analytical approach was employed. The results revealed that the degree of creative thinking skills practiced by faculty members at Palestine Technical University Khadoori was high, with the skills ranked as follows: fluency first, followed by flexibility, and finally originality. The study also found no significant differences related to the variable of years of experience. The study recommends the continued training of faculty members to ensure the sustained possession of creative thinking skills.
