هدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم أنموذج تصميم تعليمي يسمّى أنموذج غوشة GHOSHEH لابتكار مصادر تعليم مفتوحة، وتقييمه والكشف عن مساهمته في دعم إبداع المتعلّمين. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تمّ تدريب مجموعة من المعلّمين على توظيف الأنموذج في تعليم الطّلبة، ومن ثمّ فحص مساهمة الأنموذج في دعم إبداع المتعلّمين. عرّف أنموذج غوشة كخطوات أو إجراءات تقود لتصميم تعليم يدعم الطّلبة لابتكار مصادر تعليم مفتوحة خلال العمليّة التّعليميّة ونشر تلك المصادر عالميّا. تمّ تطوير الأنموذج من قبل الباحثة دعاء وهبه غوشة، كما تمّ نشره عالميّا.(GHOSHEH, Shweiki, and Sartawi, 2022)
يدمج الأنموذج مجموعة من الاستراتيجيّات المتمركزة حول المتعلّم، ويتدرّج من تحليل المحتوى واحتياجات المتعلّمين، إلى خطوات تعليميّة هرميّة تبدأ بانتقاء مصدر تعليمي مفتوح مرتبط بالمحتوى التّعليمي والحياة، ثمّ تأمل المصدر وكتابة التّأمّلات وعرضها، ومن ثمّ طرح مشكلة حياتيّة مرتبطة بالمحتوى ويتضمّن حلها تطوير مصادر تعليم مفتوحة من قبل المتعلّمين في مجموعات ونشرها عالميا.
يتضمّن هذا البحث وصفا تفصيليّاً للأنموذج، وتقييماً له من قبل معلّمين وخبراء تربويين من فلسطين والأردن والعراق والسعوديّة والإمارات وسلطنة عمان واليمن ومصر، حيث نفّذ البحث على عينة من 151 معلّماً وخبيراً تربويّاً، وارتكز على ثلاث أدوات وهم: استبيان تقييم الأنموذج، ودراسة حالة وصفيّة لتطبيق الأنموذج، ومقابلات مجموعات بؤريّة من المعلّمين. تبيّن من نتائج البحث أنّ أنموذج غوشة ساهم في دعم إبداع المتعلّمين من خلال تطوير كفايات المعلّمين المهنيّة، وممارساتهم التّعليميّة المفتوحة التي تساند الطّلبة وتنمّي مهارات الإبداع لديهم.
