The degree of effectiveness of digital management in developing creative leadership among school principals enrolled in the school leadership program for the year 2022-2021 in Palestine, and its role in supporting the creativity of teachers and students

The current study aims to identify the degree of effectiveness of the digital management in the development of Creative leadership in public schools in Directorates of Nablus, Jenin, Hebron and South of Hebron enrolled in the school leadership diploma program for the academic year (2021-2022) in Palestine, and to support the creativity of the students and teachers. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach; so that the sample of the study was formed from (100) school principals in the four ddirectorates: including (37) males and (63) females, the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool where it was prepared in the form of an electronic questionnaire to facilitate the process of communication. The questionnaire includes two axes: the axis of the effectiveness of digital management in the development of creative leadership skills in the development of public schools (fluency, originality, flexibility, and sensitivity to problems, (the second axis is the role of digital management in supporting the creativity for students and teachers.The study found that digital management has a high degree of effectiveness in developing the creative leadership of school principals, approximately 83% of them agree that digital management is highly effective in supporting teachers, and approximately 82% of them agree that digital management is highly effective in supporting students. And that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤.05) in revealing the effectiveness of digital management in developing creative leadership according to the variable of gender, educational qualification, years of experience. In light of the results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important one: Palestinian Ministry of Education need to adopt training programs to prepare and train educational leaders on creative leadership skills, and to raise the adequacy of school principals in digital management, with the need to provide the appropriate environment to help them to change from traditional management to digital leadership. The study recommended the necessity of adopting incentive programs to encourage creativity among the principal, teacher and student.
