The effectiveness of educational leadership in the educational process from the point of view of male and female teachers in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate in the year 2022-2023
Abstract:
The study aims to identify the effectiveness of the educational leadership of school principals in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate in the educational process from the point of view of teachers in the 2022-2023 academic year, and the difficulties that limit the degree of effectiveness of the educational leadership of school principals, male and female, and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences between the average scores. The sample members’ assessment of effectiveness is due to the variables: (gender, educational qualification, and educational level. The researchers used the descriptive approach. The study reached the following conclusions: 1. There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05 ≥ α) between the average scores of the sample members’ assessment of effectiveness in educational leadership from the point of view of teachers at the level of the first axis (planning effectiveness) attributed to the gender variable.2. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between the average scores of the sample members’ assessment of effectiveness in educational leadership from the point of view of teachers at the level of axes (decision making, guidance and supervision, performance evaluation) attributed to the gender variable, or Academic qualification, stage taught by the teacher, or years of experience.3. Many male and female managers suffer from difficulties in planning, decision-making, directing, supervising, and evaluating performance for various reasons.
