The role of primary stage teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine in caring for creative students to achieve sustainable development

Abstract:
The study aimed to know the role of basic stage teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine in nurturing creative students in order to achieve sustainable development, and to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members due to the variables of the study (gender, academic qualification, years of experience).
The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to obtain information and answer the study’s questions. The study sample was (376) male and female teachers in the Gaza Governorate for the year (2022-2023), from the original study population. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire as a tool for the study, which will consist of (30) A paragraph distributed over three areas. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire will be verified through the use of the face validity method. The study concluded that the relative weight of the three areas reached (81%). Scientific activity received a relative weight of (83%), and the field of social activity received a relative weight. (83%) and the field of cultural activity has a relative weight of (77%). The study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample members regarding the role of basic stage teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine in nurturing creative students in order to achieve sustainable development due to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of service. Among the most important recommendations is the establishment of general regulations and legislation regarding the discovery and care of creative people by the Ministry of Education and circulating them to schools so that they in turn prepare their own plans for creative care programs. Providing professional development programs for teachers with regard to creative people, their characteristics and care, and preparing special guides for both principals and teachers to help them in Discover and nurture creative people.
