Promising Female Researchers Initiative: The experience of female educational administration students in publishing scientific research

Abstract

The College of Education at the Islamic University, with its three departments, seeks to develop the skills of its students and graduates in scientific research and international publishing. The researcher adopted this initiative to raise the level of students in scientific research skills. The initiative targeted (27) female students registered for the educational supervision course; (7) first-level female students and (20) second-level female students. Among the most important results achieved by the initiative are (27) scientific articles that were accepted in the conference to be held by the Deanship of Graduate Studies at the university. The initiative recommended the following:

• Establishing the Studies and Research Unit at the College of Education to take care of future researchers to ensure their continued excellence. • Providing volunteer opportunities as a research assistant for distinguished participants in the initiative. • Concluding partnership agreements between the College of Education and the Education Departments regarding the sustainability of the (Promising Researchers) initiative. • Strengthening the role of the Ministry of Education in developing the initiative's ideas to reach all students of faculties of education in Palestinian universities. • Training for publication in international journals; Scopes magazines. • Establishing the Studies and Research Unit at the College of Education to take care of future researchers to ensure their continued excellence. • Providing volunteer opportunities as a research assistant for distinguished participants in the initiative.
