The role of the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs in reducing the phenomenon of violence against Palestinian women and ways to activate it-

The study aimed at investigating the role of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in reducing violence against Palestinian women and ways to activate it. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, and the study instruments were applied to the sample of preachers and preachers working in the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs, There number was (254) preachers and tutors, The researchers used the questionnaire to collect the necessary data and information. The most important results of the study: The role of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in reducing the phenomenon of violence against Palestinian women came with a relative weight (60.18%), i.e. an average, The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the average responses of the sample to the years of service and directorate variables in favor of less than 5 years, and the Rafah directorate. The study recommended increasing the role of the Ministry of Endowments to reduce this phenomenon, and forming of specialized women's committees to solve issues of violence and women's problems, and increasing communication between the Ministry and its women's committees, and the Ministries of Women and Social Affairs, and unofficial bodies to work to resolve all issues that may face violence against the women from our Palestinian society.
