Attitudes of Palestinian university students towards digital education
Abstract:
Higher education has witnessed a major transformation in recent years, the most important of which is the
development of digitization and distance learning through various learning platforms and media in all countries
of the world, in addition to the fact that higher education institutions have developed innovative curricula, study
programs and alternative educational paths for face-to-face learning
People are divided between supporters and opponents of the digitization of education, but reality imposed
itself, especially after the Corona pandemic, in which all educational institutions at all levels were forced to
resort to distance education, to develop digital curricula, and to develop digital learning platforms, which made
access to information easy and helped To expand lifelong learning opportunities and reduce individual and
institutional learning costs
This study aims to know the attitudes of higher education students in Palestinian universities towards digital
learning, by asking the following questions: 1- What are the negatives of digital education as seen by
Palestinian university students? 2- What are the advantages of digital education as seen by Palestinian
university students? 3- To what extent does digital education suit the needs of students in Palestinian
universities
The study follows the descriptive analytical method, and the research tool is the questionnaire.
